Data Deletion Instructions

Theory Road LLC respects your right to request deletion of personal data we have collected via theoryroad.com or via any ad platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, Outbrain, etc.) where Theory Road operates campaigns.

How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@theoryroad.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
2. Include the email address, platform user identifier, click identifier (fbclid, gclid, ttclid, etc.), or any other context that lets us locate your records.
3. We acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 calendar days. We email confirmation once deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

• Contact-form submissions tied to the requesting identity.
• Click-attribution records whose click identifier or user-identifier matches the request.
• Membership in Theory Road retargeting / lookalike audiences in connected ad platforms.
• Any records held by us that contain the requesting identity in a personally identifiable form.

Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot be tied back to an individual may be retained for historical reporting.

Meta Platform callback

For Meta-initiated deletion requests, Theory Road honors the User Data Deletion Callback URL configured in any Facebook App we operate. Requests received via the callback are processed under the same 30-day SLA above.
