Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Theory Road LLC’s websites and the Theory Road Impact Engine platform. By accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and access

Access to the Impact Engine portal is granted to operators of partner brands on invitation by Theory Road. Operators are responsible for credential security, for the accuracy of the ad-platform connections they authorize, and for honoring each platform’s own terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access accounts or data you do not own or have explicit authorization to operate.
• Do not use the platform to place ads that violate any connected ad platform’s policies.
• Do not reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the platform without a written agreement.

Ad platform compliance

When an operator connects an ad-platform account (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Outbrain, etc.) the operator authorizes Theory Road to read and, when configured, write advertising assets on the operator’s behalf strictly for the purpose of reporting and campaign operations. All actions are logged. The operator agrees to each platform’s own developer and platform terms by enabling the connection.

Fees

Platform fees, if any, are set out in a separate master service agreement or order form between Theory Road and the partner brand.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship in writing. Upon termination, Theory Road will disable platform access within 7 days and return or delete operator data according to the Privacy Policy.

Warranty and liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Theory Road disclaims all implied warranties and limits liability to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
