Marketing for medical practices, clinics and healthcare providers.

Healthcare marketing looks like local services marketing until you try to measure it.

Step 1 of 2

How can we help you get found?

What do you need help with?

Next: name, email and budget. That’s it.

The patient searches, compares reviews, and calls or books, which is familiar. What is different is the data: a form that asks about a symptom, a booking page that names a procedure, or a pixel that fires on a treatment page can send protected health information to an ad platform that will never sign a business associate agreement. So we build the measurement first and keep identifiable health data out of the ad platforms, then run local search, reviews, paid campaigns and intake on top of it. The goal is simple to state: more of the right patients in the chair or on the schedule, measured in your practice management system rather than in clicks. We work with practices and clinics, not pharmaceutical manufacturers, and we coordinate with your compliance officer and counsel on every decision that touches patient data.

Who we work with

  • Dental practices and orthodontists
  • Dermatology, plastic surgery and med spas
  • Optometry and eye care
  • Chiropractic and physical therapy
  • Telehealth clinics
  • Men's health and medical weight loss
  • Addiction treatment and behavioral health
  • Home health and hospice
  • Senior living communities
  • Primary care and specialty medical practices
The playbook

What we typically build.

  1. Tracking and privacy audit.

We inventory every pixel, tag, chat widget, form and booking tool on your site, map what data each one sends and to whom, and rebuild tracking so conversions are measured without passing health information to ad or analytics platforms.

  2. HIPAA-aware measurement.

Server-side tagging with scrubbed events, conversion signals built from appointment status rather than page content, and business associate agreements in place with the vendors that do hold patient data, such as your CRM, call tracking and intake tools.

  3. Local search and reviews.

Google Business Profile management for every location and provider, service and condition pages written for how patients actually search, and a review request process that follows platform rules and never discloses patient details in replies.

  4. Compliant paid campaigns.

Google and Meta campaigns built inside each platform's healthcare policies, with third-party certification handled first where a category requires it, and targeting that does not rely on inferred health conditions.

  5. Intake and speed to appointment.

Forms that collect only what scheduling needs, instant text and call follow-up, routing to the right location or provider, and reporting on time from inquiry to booked appointment.

  6. Reporting to booked and shown patients.

A monthly view that runs from spend to inquiries to booked, shown and treated patients, reconciled with your practice management or EHR exports rather than platform-reported conversions.

Questions

Common questions.

Is your healthcare marketing HIPAA compliant?
There is no official HIPAA certification for a marketing agency, so be wary of anyone who claims one. What we do is design the work so protected health information does not reach ad or analytics platforms, keep patient data inside vendors that sign business associate agreements with your practice, and review the setup with your compliance officer and counsel before launch.
Can we still use the Meta pixel and Google tags on a medical website?
Often yes, but not the way most sites install them. Tags that fire on condition or treatment pages, or that capture form fields, can expose health information. We typically move to server-side tagging, strip page paths and parameters that reveal health details, and send conversion events based on appointment status. The exact setup depends on your site and your counsel's read of current federal guidance.
Do Google and Meta sign business associate agreements?
At the time of writing, the major ad platforms and standard analytics tools do not sign BAAs for advertising use, and their terms prohibit sending them health information. That is why measurement has to be designed so the platforms receive conversion signals without identifiable health data.
Do you work with addiction treatment centers?
Yes. Google and Meta have required third-party certification, commonly through LegitScript, for addiction treatment advertisers in the US, and requirements can change, so certification comes before any campaign launches. We also focus on direct admissions and honest intake rather than call aggregation practices that have drawn regulatory attention in this category.
Do you market for pharmaceutical companies?
No. We work with practices, clinics, care providers and senior living operators. Prescription drug promotion carries its own regulatory regime, and it is not work we take on.
How do you handle patient reviews?
We build a request process that asks every patient in the same way after a visit, so you are not selectively soliciting happy patients, and we write response templates that thank or address concerns without confirming anyone is a patient or discussing their care. Replies that reveal treatment details are one of the most common privacy mistakes practices make.
What should our intake process look like?
Short forms that collect what scheduling needs and nothing more, an immediate text or call back during business hours, clear after-hours handling, and routing to the right location or provider. We measure time from inquiry to booked appointment, because in most specialties the practice that answers first gets the patient.
Do you work with practices outside the Austin area?
Yes. We are based in the Austin, Texas area and work with practices nationally. Local search work is done market by market, and we meet clients in person around Austin and Central Texas when that is useful.
