Jobber Pricing 2026: Plans, Add-ons and Real Monthly Cost.

Jobber's pricing page shows four plans, three billing options, five team sizes and a rotating promotion. The number that matters is what a crew of your size pays after the introductory discount ends, plus add-ons and payment fees. This is that math, read from Jobber's own pricing page.

By October 26, 20269 min read

Jobber pricing starts at $29 a month for one user on the Core plan billed annually, at the time of writing, and runs to several hundred dollars a month for larger crews on the Plus plan. Jobber's pricing page layers introductory discounts on top of those numbers, and the discounts change often. As we write this, the page advertises savings of up to 40 percent with an offer ending October 30. Every price below is the standard rate after the introductory period, read from getjobber.com/pricing in October 2026 and quoted in US dollars before sales tax.

We look at field service software from the marketing side: how leads get in, how fast they get answered, and whether the booked job can be tied back to the ad or search result that produced it. That shapes which plan we think is worth the money. If you are still choosing between platforms, our comparison of Jobber vs Housecall Pro covers that decision. This piece assumes you are choosing a Jobber plan.

Jobber Plans at a Glance.

Jobber sells four plans. Core, Connect and Grow are priced from one user upward. Plus is priced from five users upward. Each plan includes everything in the one below it.

Additional users cost $29 a month each on every plan. Teams of 16 or more are quoted by Jobber's sales team, and franchises or multi location businesses are routed to a partnerships team for custom pricing. Jobber's FAQ notes that annual and committed terms renew automatically unless set to non renew under its terms of service.

What Each Plan Adds.

Core covers the basics for a solo operator: online booking and scheduling, quotes, invoices with online payments, a simple website, built in reporting, and access to the app marketplace. It is enough to run jobs. It is thin on follow up.

Connect adds the automation that keeps money from slipping: automated client reminders, automatic payment collection, job checklists, automatic quote and invoice follow ups, QuickBooks Online sync, and time and expense tracking. Quote follow up is often the reason a business moves up from Core, because a quote nobody chases rarely turns into a job.

Grow adds richer quotes with visuals and reviews, optional line items for upsells, automatic time tracking, job costing, two way SMS, and custom workflow automations. Two way texting and job costing are the features that matter most for marketing, because they let you answer leads where they reply and see which job types are actually profitable.

Plus is aimed at larger operations: unlimited photo and video storage, crew scheduling with team mentions, automated expense capture with profitability alerts, custom reports, and dedicated onboarding with premium support. Jobber's Plus feature list also names Pipeline, Marketing Suite and the AI Receptionist, which lower plans buy as add-ons. Confirm with Jobber what is included on your Plus quote before you sign.

Add-ons and Payment Processing Fees.

Three add-ons are listed on the pricing page at the time of writing:

  • Marketing Suite, $99 a month. Marketing planning, promotion and customer re-engagement tools.
  • Receptionist, $29 a month. An AI assistant that answers calls and texts, takes requests and can book jobs within limits you set.
  • Pipeline, $49 a month. A single view of requests and quotes so leads do not go cold between first contact and booked job.

Jobber Payments rates on the pricing page are the same across plans: 2.9% plus 30 cents for online credit card payments, 2.7% plus 30 cents for Tap to Pay in the mobile app, and 1% for bank payments by ACH, which Jobber offers in the US. Jobber's help center describes instant payouts to a debit card for an additional 1% fee. On a $10,000 month of card payments, processing at 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction is roughly $290 plus the per transaction charges, which is often more than the subscription itself. Steering larger invoices to ACH is one of the simplest cost controls available.

“The subscription is the visible cost. Payment processing and add-ons are where the real monthly number gets set.”

What a Crew Actually Pays.

Here is how the standard annual prices work out for three common setups, before processing fees and tax:

Solo operator on Core.
$29 a month billed annually. Add the Receptionist at $29 and the total is $58 a month. Without automatic quote follow up, the owner has to chase open quotes by hand.
Owner plus four techs on Connect.
The five user Connect tier is $149 a month billed annually. Adding Pipeline at $49 brings it to $198 a month, which is close to the $229 five user Grow tier that adds two way SMS and job costing.
Owner plus four techs on Grow with marketing add-ons.
The five user Grow tier is $229 a month billed annually. Add Marketing Suite at $99 and Pipeline at $49 and the total is $377 a month, close to the $399 entry price of Plus, whose feature list includes those tools.

The pattern is consistent: once a business adds two add-ons, the next plan up is often within a few dollars and includes more. Price the plan and the add-ons together before choosing.

Which Plan Fits a Business That Runs Ads.

If you pay for leads through Google Ads, Local Services Ads or Meta, the software's job is to make sure every lead gets a fast answer and every quote gets a follow up. That points most paid search buyers to Grow. Two way SMS lets the office reply to leads by text, which many homeowners prefer to a phone call, and job costing shows which services are worth bidding on. Connect is a reasonable floor if budgets are tight, since automatic quote follow up still recovers revenue that Core leaves on the table.

Whichever plan you choose, connect it to your marketing. Jobber requests and quotes should be traceable to the source that produced them, so ad spend can be judged on booked jobs rather than form fills. We cover the method in Google Ads offline conversions from your CRM and build it as part of our lead generation systems work for home services companies.

Questions to Ask Jobber Before You Sign.

Pricing pages answer the list price question. They do not answer how the plan behaves in your business. Before committing to an annual term, get written answers to these:

  • Which add-ons are included on the plan we are buying, and which are billed separately?
  • What happens to the price at renewal, and what is the standard rate once the introductory offer ends?
  • How is a user counted, and can seasonal techs be added and removed month to month?
  • Which lead sources connect directly, and which need a third party integration or a custom connection?
  • Can request and quote data be exported with the lead source attached, so ad spend can be matched to booked jobs?

The last two questions matter most if you advertise. A field service platform that cannot tell you where a booked job came from leaves you judging ad spend on clicks and form fills, which is how budgets drift toward the cheapest leads instead of the most profitable ones.

Ways to Lower Your Jobber Bill.

Pay annually if you are confident in the software, since annual billing is the lowest standard rate on every plan. Right size your user count, because each extra seat is $29 a month and inactive users are common in seasonal businesses. Compare add-on totals against the next plan before buying them one at a time. Push large invoices to ACH. And recheck the pricing page before renewal, because both introductory offers and standard rates change.
