Text Message Alerts.
Effective October 28, 2026
Theory Road LLC sends operational text alerts to the staff and partners of businesses we work with, so a new lead or a missed call is never overlooked. These alerts go only to people who asked to receive them. We never text consumers or the leads themselves through this program.
What the alerts are
When a client’s website receives a new lead form, or the client’s tracked phone line receives a call, the people the client named receive a short text with the lead’s name and phone number, or the caller, call length and who answered. Full details follow by email.
Example messages:
- “New lead (Website): Jane Doe, (555) 555-0123. Car accident, this week, GA 30303. Full details in email.”
- “Inbound call: (555) 555-0188, 3m 21s, answered by Alex. 7:26 PM ET”
How people opt in
Recipients opt in only through the sign up form on this page. A client owner or staff member enters their name, business name and mobile number, and checks the consent box, which starts unchecked. Account managers can send this page’s link to anyone at a client business who wants the alerts. We keep each signup with the date, the number and the consent wording shown. Signing up is optional, is not required to work with Theory Road, and is never a condition of any purchase or service.
How to stop or get help
- Reply STOP to any alert to stop receiving them. You will get one confirmation and nothing more.
- Reply HELP for help, or email t@theoryroad.com.
- Message frequency varies with lead and call volume. Message and data rates may apply.
