CRM & automation

ServiceTitan marketing, attribution and integration.

We set up the marketing side of ServiceTitan so every call, form and booking lands on the right campaign and every invoiced job traces back to the dollars that produced it.

That means clean campaigns and categories, a tracking number for each channel, forms and online booking tied to a source, call booking rate reported by campaign, and booked or invoiced revenue sent back to Google Ads so bidding learns from real jobs. We connect ServiceTitan to call tracking, web forms and ad platforms through its API and integration marketplace, and we tell you plainly when a smaller shop would be better served by Housecall Pro or Jobber. We work with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage door, pest control and restoration companies.

How ServiceTitan really works

Where ServiceTitan pays off, and where it stalls.

ServiceTitan ties marketing to jobs through campaigns. Each campaign has a category and one or more tracking numbers, and when a call comes in on that number the CSR books a job that carries the campaign. Forms, online booking and web leads can carry a campaign too. From there, reports show leads, booked jobs, call booking rate, completed jobs and invoiced revenue by campaign. Marketing Pro adds email campaigns to your customer list, review requests, and ads optimization that feeds job outcomes to ad platforms. It is a strong model when the data going in is disciplined.

Most accounts we open have drifted. Campaigns multiplied without naming rules, tracking numbers were reused across channels, and a single number on the website means organic, paid and direct traffic all land in one bucket. CSRs change the campaign on busy days, or book returning customers under whatever campaign was last used. Web forms arrive by email and get keyed in by hand without a source. Google Ads optimizes on calls over a set duration rather than booked or invoiced jobs, so it spends toward people who call and never book. The owner ends up trusting nobody's numbers.

We start with a campaign audit: every campaign, category, number and its real traffic, plus a sample of jobs traced back to source. Then we rebuild the structure with naming rules, dynamic numbers for the website by channel, and fixed numbers for trucks, mailers and directories. Web forms and booking go in through the API with campaign attached. We send booked and invoiced outcomes to Google Ads as offline conversions so bidding optimizes on revenue. Then we train CSRs on campaign rules and report call booking rate by campaign and by CSR every week.

What we do

ServiceTitan marketing and integration, scoped to the result.

Scope it with us →
  • Campaign and tracking audit

We review every campaign, category and tracking number, trace a sample of jobs to their true source, and show where attribution breaks, from shared numbers to CSR overrides to web leads with no campaign.

  • Campaign structure rebuild

A naming convention, channel categories, dynamic website numbers by source, fixed numbers for offline media, and a written rule sheet for how CSRs assign campaigns on new and returning customers.

  • Web lead and booking integration

Forms, chat and scheduling routed into ServiceTitan through the API or a marketplace app, with campaign, landing page and click ID attached, so no web lead is keyed in by hand.

  • Revenue feedback to ad platforms

Booked, completed or invoiced job outcomes uploaded to Google Ads as offline conversions with value, through Marketing Pro Ads or our own connection, so bidding follows revenue instead of calls.

  • Marketing Pro configuration

Email campaigns built on customer segments like unsold estimates and maintenance due, review requests timed after job completion, and an honest read on whether the add-on is earning its cost.

  • Booking rate and scoreboard reporting

A weekly view of leads, call booking rate, booked jobs, cost per booked job and invoiced revenue by campaign and CSR, so marketing and the call center are judged on the same numbers.

What usually goes wrong

Where ServiceTitan setups break.

The problems we are most often hired to fix, in the order they tend to cost money.

  • One number for the whole website

A single tracking number on every page credits organic, paid, direct and referral traffic to one campaign. Paid search looks either brilliant or useless depending on which campaign that number happens to be assigned to.

  • CSRs overriding campaigns

When booking agents change the campaign to whatever they think is right, or leave the last one used, reports stop reflecting where callers came from. Returning customers get credited to new ads and vice versa.

  • Web leads keyed in by hand

Form submissions that arrive by email are entered later without a campaign or click ID, if at all. They disappear from attribution and from any revenue feedback to ad platforms.

  • Ads optimizing on calls, not jobs

Counting every call over a duration threshold as a conversion teaches Google Ads to find callers, including existing customers and job seekers. Without booked or invoiced outcomes sent back, bidding never learns what revenue looks like.

What we connect it to

ServiceTitan, wired into the rest of the business.

  • Google Ads

Booked and invoiced job outcomes uploaded as offline conversions with value and click ID.

  • CallRail

Dynamic website numbers by source, with call data mapped to ServiceTitan campaigns.

  • Google Local Services Ads

LSA leads and bookings tagged to their own campaign so screened leads are judged separately.

  • Google Analytics 4

Form and booking events with source, reconciled against booked jobs in ServiceTitan.

  • Twilio

Missed-call text back and instant lead alerts outside ServiceTitan, on a registered A2P 10DLC campaign.

  • Looker Studio

A campaign scoreboard combining ad spend with booked and invoiced revenue from ServiceTitan.

  • Meta Ads

Booked job events returned through the Conversions API for lead and remarketing campaigns.

How an engagement runs

From audit to running it.

  1. Audit.

We take read access to ServiceTitan, your call tracking and ad accounts, map every campaign and number, trace recent jobs back to source, and report where attribution and booking rate break down.

  2. Fix and rebuild.

We restructure campaigns and numbers, write CSR rules, route web leads through the API with campaign attached, and clean up the categories so reports mean the same thing to everyone.

  3. Connect.

We wire booked and invoiced outcomes back to Google Ads and other platforms, connect call tracking and forms, and verify with test leads that each one lands on the right campaign.

  4. Run or hand over.

We run the weekly scoreboard and CSR booking review on a monthly plan, or train your marketing lead and call center manager to keep the structure clean without us.

A good fit

  • Home service companies already on ServiceTitan who cannot say which campaigns produce invoiced revenue.
  • Operators spending real money on Google Ads and LSA who want bidding to follow booked jobs, not phone calls.
  • Call centers where booking rate varies by CSR and nobody measures it by campaign.
  • Owners weighing whether Marketing Pro and other add-ons are paying for themselves.

Probably not a fit

  • A small shop with a few trucks is usually better served by Housecall Pro or Jobber at lower cost and effort.
  • If you need a full ServiceTitan implementation of pricebooks, payroll and dispatch, hire an implementation specialist; we cover the marketing and integration side.
What it costs

Pricing, plainly.

ServiceTitan does not publish list prices. It is sold on quoted plans, generally priced per technician or user with an onboarding fee, and add-ons like Marketing Pro and its components are priced separately. Ask for the contract term and add-on pricing in writing before you sign. Our work is scoped as a fixed-price audit of campaigns, tracking and attribution, then a fixed-scope rebuild and integration project. After that we either hand over with documentation and training or run reporting and ad feedback on a monthly plan. We quote after a short call and a look at your account, and plans run month to month after an initial term.

Questions

Hiring help with ServiceTitan.

Q01
Are you a certified ServiceTitan partner?
No. We are independent and not a ServiceTitan partner or marketplace vendor. That means we will tell you when an add-on is not earning its cost, and we are not paid for any tier you buy. We work inside your account with your permissions and build integrations on the public API or on marketplace apps you choose.
Q02
Is ServiceTitan Marketing Pro worth it?
It depends on what you already have. Its value is closing the loop between marketing and jobs: email to your own customer list, review requests after completed jobs, and ads optimization fed with job outcomes. If you already send those outcomes to Google Ads and run reviews and email elsewhere, it may duplicate cost. We compare it against your current stack before you commit.
Q03
What are the best ServiceTitan alternatives for a smaller shop?
For companies with a handful of technicians, Housecall Pro and Jobber cover scheduling, quoting, invoicing, online booking and review requests with far less setup and cost. ServiceTitan earns its price with a dedicated call center, multiple trades or locations, and a team that will keep campaigns and data disciplined. We help with the marketing setup on any of the three.
Q04
How do you send ServiceTitan revenue to Google Ads?
We capture the Google click ID with each web lead and call, keep it on the ServiceTitan job, and upload booked, completed or invoiced outcomes as offline conversions with a value. That can run through Marketing Pro Ads or a connection we build on the API. Bidding then optimizes toward jobs and revenue rather than any call over a set length.
Q05
What is call booking rate and why does it matter?
It is the share of lead calls that turn into booked jobs. Reported by campaign, it shows whether a channel sends real customers or shoppers and wrong numbers. Reported by CSR, it shows coaching needs. A campaign that looks expensive on cost per call can be the cheapest on cost per booked job, and this is how you see it.
